Livity is a youth marketing agency whose clients – including Google, Channel 4, the NSPCC and Barclays – have access to insights, talent and ideas directly from young people.
Livity involves young people in a process of “youth-centred design”, which brings young people into the office where they receive mentoring, training, guidance, support, advice and eventually access to education and employment. Young people are involved in the co-creation of social campaigns, content and communications for the company’s high-profile clients.
Its model provides young people with exciting opportunities, and is sustainable thanks to the unique youth perspectives it provides to its clients.
In 2011, Livity Africa was launched, working with young people in Johannesburg and Cape Town to develop those same skills and to connect young people to employment opportunities.
