MyWorkSearch is a digital platform that helps individuals on their journey into work via a comprehensive set of online tools, training, advice and support.
The MyWorkSearch team recognises that human delivered employability assistance is underpinned by a salary and therefore inherently expensive. The team therefore set out to create a platform that could help an individual on the journey into work, providing all the resources an individual needs without the rationing inevitable when provided by advisors. The service includes assessment, training, vacancy aggregation, workflow automation, time management and comprehensive reporting.
MyWorkSearch works across the UK with Jobcentre Plus offices, Work Programme providers, colleges, training companies, housing associations and charities, providing both welfare to work services and outplacement solutions for businesses.
MyWorkSearch has rigorously evaluated its impact on individuals’ employment prospects, and has systems to ensure consistent replication of its products. For example, of over 22,500 jobseekers enrolled onto the service by Jobcentre Plus, MyWorkSearch users were (at 90 days) three times more likely to have found a job than other jobseekers.
